Tele2 Global Executive Trainee Program

As part of our tradition, Tele2 is looking for exceptionally motivated candidates to join the Global Executive Trainee Program, starting September 2011.

As Executive Trainee you will work closely with an Executive Board Member, assisting in his or hers daily work for twelve months. If successful, you will be given a challenging six month project within the Tele2 Group or at another Kinnevik company. The work load will be heavy and your work tasks will range from simple and practical assignments to challenging strategic projects. Managed successfully, you will have extraordinary prerequisites for a career within Tele2, something our current Executive Board is proof of, with three out of seven members being former trainees.

The Executive Trainee positions are divided into general and technical positions. The latter include Executive Trainee for the Chief Technical Officer and Executive Trainee for the Chief Information Officer, and will require a more technical background. Other positions are referred to as general and consist of Executive Trainee positions for CEO/CFO, CCO, Market Area Director Nordics, Market Area Director Western Europe, Market Area Director Russia and Market Area Director Central Europe & Eurasia. Executive Trainees will be recruited and located in Stockholm, Amsterdam and Moscow, depending on which Executive Board Member you will assist and have as mentor.
